This month we welcome to the stage:
Laura Carter lives and writes in Atlanta’s Poncey-Highland neighborhood. She earned an M.F.A. in poetry in 2007 from Georgia State, where she spent ten years. She has published eight chapbooks, the most recent the forthcoming After New Ambiance from Dancing Girl Press (2018). Currently, she teaches as an adjunct professor, does freelance writing, and occasionally drives Uber. She has two awesome cats.
Anïsa Lewis is a writer and artist and soon to be Peace Corps Volunteer. Her writing includes short stories, a novel in progress and a series of essays, The Dear Uterus Project: Love/Hate Letters, Art & Essays Dedicated to the Bane of My Existence. She has read for Bleux Stockings Society, Write Club and Vida Voce. Anïsa resides in Chamblee with her fat beagle.
Daniel Lamb occasionally writes things and plays music. He earned his degree in Rhetoric and Composition from Georgia State University and currently works as a copywriter for an Atlanta-based ad agency. He is the cofounder of the online lit-journal, gutwrench. He has written literary criticism for Paste Magazine and the Fanzine and writes theatre criticism for Edge Media Network. His work has been featured in print anthologies from Write Club Atlanta and The Five Hundred. He and his wife Sarah are the guardians of two poorly-behaved cats.
