Case Studies - April 2018

Join your host Winston Blake Wheeler Ward as three of Atlanta's top writers take the stage to discuss their work, their process, and answer audience questions.

Have a glass of wine or a cup of coffee and get engaged with the independent writing community in this intimate, casual environment.

This month's readers:

Beca Grimm

Beca Grimm is an Atlanta-based writer and editor. Among various topics, she focuses on cannabis culture and sex and dating. She also co-founded and edits feminist zine Dope Girls.

Amanda Mills

Amanda Mills' work in supporting DIY media reflects her steadfast commitment to elevating underrepresented voices. Her past projects include being an avid underground zinester, establishing the Atlanta Zine Library, and founding the Atlanta Zine Fest. She deeply believes in the importance of alternative spaces, community building, and supporting subcultures.

Arian Gulick

Arian Gulick works with numbers but far prefers words, which just goes to show you that the world is poorly made. His work has been seen in the Five Hundred and he has performed at various shows around town including Scene and Song, Write Club, and Naked City (RIP) but his best work can be heard at whatever bar he's currently at.
